It's that time of year again, time to make new year's resolutions... Since I really only make new year's resolutions in the fall (for some reason I'm still in school mode and count September as "the first of the year") I don't at all feel pressured to become a better person just yet. Here's hoping 2006 is a good year though.

I was going to make a post, but I can't stop laughing at the story about Taylor's cousin. Solid Gold.

Merry Christmas!

Well, it's Christmas night, almost boxing day (11:46pm) and I just got off work. Well, not really. I got off at 11 (teehee) and went straight to the fox and hound where I enjoyed a tasty double white Russian. So now I'm half buzzed and wishing someone was in the mood for drinking tonight....damn....

It's oh so quiet....and I love it!

Not a whole lot up here, I've had lots of time to myself lately to reflect on a few things, read a few books, etc... I'm doing well, signs of my ulcer are fading, I cut back on smoking by about 65%, and I'm getting along well with my parents.

Sometime's the shit has to hit the fan before you can realise just how shitty things are and then once that's realized, you can get your shit together and start doing shit.

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year




Sure I'm apt to get angry, frustrated, and feel really broke this month, but I'm pretty pumped that it's officially Christmas time. I haven't done any shopping, but I've thought about it. I'm a big fan of leaving things to the last minute because if I don't, I end up giving out all my gifts early and making the people open them right then and there in front of me. I did decorate the fireplace by putting lights around it though..

There's lots of shows this month and T-bone will be here soon for a whole month off from school. Taylor's coming over to stay at my house and I haven't hung around with him in about a year and a half. Tubular. Plus there's my favorite....Christmas Eve visiting and Christmas Eve drink as much wine as you can.

Mmmm....good times
